Session Rates

• $200 per 50-minute session
• All sessions are conducted via secure video

Insurance & Payment

We are in-network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Aetna
• United Healthcare / Optum

Some clinicians may be out-of-network depending on your plan.

If your provider is out-of-network, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits? Start Here

If you’re planning to use out-of-network benefits, these questions will help you understand your coverage:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it?
• How many sessions are covered per year?
• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
• Are telehealth sessions covered under billing code 90837?

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
