Welcome. My name is Jared Daniels, I am an LPC based in Texas, and I am glad you're here.
Taking the first step towards therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make our sessions feel as authentic and engaging as possible. I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting individuals navigating substance use, process addictions, and co-occurring mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
My approach is centered on empowering you through individualized care that meets you where you are. I understand that for many people, finding a therapist you can trust can be hard—especially if you have life experiences that reinforce this belief. Because of this, I am deeply committed to providing a non-judgmental and calming presence, which is especially important when talking about the difficult moments life brings.
Whether you are someone who has found it difficult to build trust with a therapist or someone navigating complex past experiences, I am here to help you feel heard, seen, and understood. We will move at your pace, building a foundation of safety together.
I believe that establishing and maintaining connections with those we care about is essential for happiness in life.
When I'm not in the office, I focus on the hobbies and relationships that keep me grounded. You can find me embarking on a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, playing video games, building a Lego set, or spending quality time with my family and close friends. I find that these interests remind me of the importance of creativity, play, and connection—values I hope to help you cultivate in your own life as well.
Deciding to begin therapy is the first step towards living a more fulfilling and peaceful life. If you feel like I would be a good match, I would love to hear from you and help you get started.
