Betrayal trauma can feel like your world is crashing down.
You may feel paralyzed, overwhelmed with anxiety, and unsure what to do next—whether that means staying in your relationship or walking away.
You don’t have to figure that out alone.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma in their intimate relationships. My goal is to help you regain a sense of stability, rediscover hope, and begin creating a clear path forward.
Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, I help you process what’s happened, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
My approach is gentle and straightforward.
We move at your pace, while also giving you the tools and structure needed to start feeling more steady, clear, and resilient.
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from Pepperdine University, where I focused on supporting individuals through burnout and stress.
I combine that background with practical, compassionate work that helps you not just understand what’s happening—but begin to move through it.
Therapy with me is a partnership.
We’ll create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work through the emotions, patterns, and decisions in front of you.
Reaching out can feel like a big step.
But it can also be the one that changes everything.
If you’re ready, we can start there.
