I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma in their intimate relationships. My goal is to help you regain a sense of stability, rediscover hope, and begin creating a clear path forward.

Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, I help you process what’s happened, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.


My approach is gentle and straightforward.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and a Doctorate in Education (EdD) from Pepperdine University, where I focused on supporting individuals through burnout and stress.

I combine that background with practical, compassionate work that helps you not just understand what’s happening—but begin to move through it.
